Sitian Chen is a PhD student at IOE, UCL. Her research aims to understand young people’s experiences of menstruation and to promote early, child-central and gender-inclusive menstrual sex education around menstruation in China with young people. Her research interests include Relationship and Sex education; Menstruation and Reproductive Health Education; Feminist Posthumanism and New Materialism; Masculinity. She holds a Bachelor and a Master degree of Education.
